Guest Reception



When guests move into your property, it is nice for them to be greeted by people to whom they can immediately ask their first questions. We ensure that we are present in the property and hand over the key. Additionally, we provide our contact details so they can always reach us.

We can also take care of the mandatory registration of tenants with the Guardia Civil for you.

We also agree on a departure time and will be present again to carry out the final inspection and receive the key.

  • This final inspection includes:
  • Checking for damage and/or defects in and around the property
  • Checking the inventory
  • Checking for cleanliness (if final cleaning is included in the rental terms)
  • Afterwards, I will contact you regarding the refund of the deposit.
