Property inspection

When your Spanish property is unoccupied, it is reassuring to know that it is being well looked after by people you can fully trust. It is also nice for you to feel like you are ‘coming home’ when you return to your Spanish property in Peñiscola and see that everything is working and looks tidy. We conduct a monthly inspection round in and around your property and communicate about this via email.

Such an inspection round includes:

• Ventilating the property
• Flushing taps to prevent Legionella bacteria and toilets to avoid odour nuisance
• Watering any plants
• Collecting post (discussing this with you so we know what to do with it)
• Checking all electricity/lighting inside and outside for functionality
• Checking for damages and/or leaks
• Checking for pests or other unwanted guests
• Checking all locks
• Photo report via email
