Who are we?
As Belgians who have been living in Peñíscola for two years and rent out a holiday flat, we understand better than anyone the specific needs and challenges that landlords and winter visitors in Spain face. Our personal experience enables us to provide you with professional and committed support for all your questions and problems.
Cleaning
From 15/04 to 30/10, other dates according to schedule.
Entering a clean home is of course very pleasant for you. It is also very important that guests arrive in a clean house. This certainly contributes to a pleasant stay.
You can include a final cleaning in your rental conditions. Generally, guests will then leave the property tidy. After all, they would like to get their deposit back.

Monthly property inspection
When your Spanish property is unoccupied, it is reassuring to know that it is being well looked after by people you can fully trust. It is also nice for you to 'come home' when you return to your Spanish property in Peñiscola and see that everything is working and looks tidy. We conduct a monthly inspection round in and around your property and communicate about this via email.
Such an inspection round includes:
- Ventilating the property
- Flushing taps against the Legionella bacteria and toilets to avoid odour nuisance
- Watering any plants
- Collecting post (discussing this with you so we know what to do with it)
- Checking all electricity/lighting inside and outside for functionality
- Checking for damages and/or leaks
- Checking for pests or other unwanted guests
- Check all locks
- Photo report by email

Guest assistance
From 15/04 to 30/10, other dates by arrangement.
We can also handle the mandatory registration of tenants with the Guardia Civil for you.
We also agree on a departure time and will be present again to carry out the final check and receive the key.
